About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and shape visual identity across web presence, marketing channels, and product
- Execute high-standard design for website, sales collateral, social media assets, and email campaigns
- Develop creative ways to reach audiences, including new campaigns and content series
- Work AI-first by using LLMs to clarify thinking, draft output, and research problems
- Validate and iterate on designs through testing with real users and stakeholders
- Document and share AI-native workflows and prompts with the team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong intuitive sense for copy and how it interacts with visuals
- Experience working for product-led companies, ideally in SaaS
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Passion for illustrative design and typography
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video experimentation and production
- Experience with various design platforms including digital and print forms
