Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and implement Apna's visual identity across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, social, and in-product assets
• Design campaign assets, social content, and marketing collateral while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive executions across typography, color, iconography, and imagery
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to concept and produce visual storytelling
• Manage end-to-end print production, including technical coordination with vendors for brochures, standees, and hoardings
• Edit video content such as reels, promos, and product videos to complement design work
• Create motion graphics and animate static designs for social media and digital platforms
• Apply AI-powered design tools to accelerate production and explore new creative directions

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in visual/graphic design with a strong portfolio of brand work
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Fluency with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar
• Strong typography skills and a deep understanding of brand identity systems
• Ability to think in both static and motion formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on a SaaS or tech brand
• Understanding of vernacular communication contexts
• Previous exposure to large-scale brand identity projects
