Visual Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute seasonal floor plans to create sales-driving and visually inspiring stores
• Review and understand incoming floor model product orders
• Partner with the Store Manager to adjust floor plans based on business data
• Follow current company direction and trends in visual merchandising
• Coordinate staff support and oversee sales floor maintenance
• Facilitate markdowns and execute promotional signage
• Communicate store adjustments to the Regional Visual Coordinator

Requirements

• Minimum two years of Retail Management experience
• Certificate or degree in a design-related field
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and interior design documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of InDesign
• Knowledge of building maintenance
