Visual Content Creator (Videographer/Photographer)

Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-end, editorial-style photo and video content that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and storytelling.
• Support real-time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits.
• Edit and deliver platform-optimized content (short-form, long-form, and stills) with fast turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualize and execute content for key campaigns and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Work with paid media teams to create content optimized for advertising performance on platforms like Meta and Google.
• Own end-to-end production of shoots, including concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting, and talent direction.
• Create platform-native content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating luxury aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding current trends.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support content creation, editing, and ideation.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events.
