Visual Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand designs and VI systems and guidelines
• Share insights on US design and visual trends to enhance global brand perception
• Conduct research on diverse aesthetic preferences in international markets
• Collaborate closely with product teams to create feasible designs aligned with business goals
• Proactively communicate with other designers and teams to ensure design quality
• Stay up to date with design trends and participate in creative brainstorming
• Independently manage end-to-end brand design projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in internet or technology
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Strong understanding of latest design trends and technologies
• Professional English proficiency
• Citizenship or work authorization in Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen, China
• Ability to work in distributed teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered products
• Experience with AI-related design tools
• Basic knowledge of front-end development principles
• Background in visual design or motion design
• Strong understanding of global design trends
