Visual Basic Applications Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Microsoft Access and VBA
• Design and write complex queries in MS Access
• Create and maintain VBA modules, reusable functions, and automation scripts
• Integrate MS Access applications with SQL Server using ODBC connectivity
• Execute SQL Server Stored Procedures from Access applications
• Develop interactive dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical reports using Power BI
• Create and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS packages
• Support database operations, production deployment activities, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in MS Access VBA development
• Strong expertise in VBA scripting and automation
• Experience with ODBC SQL Server connections and T-SQL
• Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard and Report development (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SSIS package development and execution
• Experience with BAT file scripting and Windows Task Scheduler
• Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Forms
• Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system
• Basic knowledge of AWS services
