Responsibilities

• Actively lead the Christian formation of students
• Deliver Pastoral Care from a genuine Christian faith
• Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning and cross-cultural understanding
• Develop a biblically grounded, Christ-focused, and academically rigorous approach to education
• Teach the prescribed curriculum to develop students’ interests, skills and abilities
• Participate in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and parent liaison

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree and teaching qualifications
• Passion for student development and safe learning environments
• Highly relational with a commitment to student welfare
• Ability to collaborate on teaching and learning programs
• Vibrant Christian faith and servant heart

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with an Explicit Instruction model of teaching
