Visitor Centre Team Member

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the distillery and host tours of the production and warehouse areas
• Manage and deliver a range of premium tasting experiences
• Confidently interact with guests and answer questions regarding the distillery and products
• Prepare and serve drinks in the bar areas
• Support retail operations by selling products and distillery merchandise

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or retail industry
• Ability to welcome guests in a confident, friendly, and professional manner
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse groups of visitors

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the whisky industry
• A strong personal interest in whisky
• Ability to work as a self-starter and manage time effectively between different locations
• Creative approach to problem-solving and enhancing visitor experiences
