About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare high-quality courses using constructive alignment and the Les Roches teaching philosophy
- Develop Schemes of Work (SOW) including learning activities, timing, and evidence of learning outcomes
- Deliver engaging course content through varied teaching and assessment activities, integrating Moodle for digital delivery
- Assess student learning through exam papers, grading rubrics, and timely feedback
- Maintain high standards of teaching as evidenced by student course evaluations
- Participate in faculty development activities, peer observations, and continuous professional reflection
- Specialize in areas such as Room Division, Revenue Management, Data Analytics, Finance and Accounting, or Leadership
Requirements
- Master's, PhD, or Doctorate degree (PhD/Doctorate required if involved in research)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional industry experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of academic teaching experience
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Strong IT literacy and familiarity with educational technology trends
- Proven experience working in a multicultural environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
