Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie.

Responsibilities

• Support the founders and leadership team on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Work closely with the founders and Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day finance operations
• Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, pricing, unit economics, and growth scenarios
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics including ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn, and runway
• Assist with monthly reporting, board materials, and investor updates
• Support fundraising, grant applications, and investor diligence
• Take ownership of finance-related projects from problem framing to execution

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience through 1–2 internships or roles in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about startups and high-growth technology companies
• Low-ego team player comfortable with hands-on operational work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building financial models, forecasts, or dashboards
• Exposure to SaaS metrics or subscription business models
• Familiarity with accounting basics and financial statements
• Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
