Visiting Assistant Professor of Management & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Provide undergraduate instruction in a variety of Management and Marketing courses
• Maintain a teaching load of 24 credits per academic year
• Assess student work and provide detailed feedback on content knowledge, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Mentor undergraduate students through one-on-one interactions, group sessions, and independent study
• Attend conferences and workshops to maintain field expertise and AACSB accreditation qualifications
• Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and campus-wide training

Requirements

• Terminal degree in business or a related field (Ph.D., D.B.A., or J.D.; ABD candidates considered)
• Ability to meet AACSB faculty qualifications for Scholarly Academic Teaching experience
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student mentoring
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

• Demonstrated excellence in both teaching and research
• Experience with student success and co-curricular programming/management
• Recent professional engagement with industry
