Visiting Assistant Professor of Management

Responsibilities

• Teach Organizational Behavior, a required course for the Business, Organizations, and Management major and Business minor
• Instruct upper-class electives based on specialization, such as Leadership Theories or Organizational Culture
• Maintain a teaching load equivalent to six courses per academic year
• Contribute to the inclusive excellence of the college community and uphold the liberal arts tradition

Requirements

• Ph.D. or ABD in Business, Management, or a related field
• Ability to teach research methods with an emphasis on quantitative methodologies, study design, and data analysis using SPSS
• Commitment to teaching within a liberal arts framework

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous undergraduate teaching experience
• Ability to complement the Critical Managerial Studies focus of the management major
