Visa and Travel Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate visa and travel arrangements for all expatriate employees
• Book accommodation for expats arriving in or departing from Australia
• Assist with airport transfers and coordinate with manning agents for flight and helicopter allocations
• Coordinate the visa process for offshore and office personnel between visa agents and global employers
• Manage the self-booking travel system from end-to-end and assist employees with technical errors
• Review crew rosters and ensure travel fulfillment and approval in Falcon
• Manage travel and visa invoices and issue SEs for related expenses
• Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of expat crew, ensuring compliance and coordination with global offices
• Provide administrative support to crew departments and handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
• 4+ years of experience in a similar visa and travel coordination role
• Proven experience working within a project environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital tools
• Knowledge of SAP, specifically regarding work orders and service entry approval workflows
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• High level of initiative and attention to detail
• Flexibility to be available for after-hours emergencies
