About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Ensure operational and security maintenance (MCO/MCS)
- Handle N2/N3 incidents and requests
- Supervise platforms and analyze performance metrics (CPU, RAM, storage)
- Participate in infrastructure redesign and modernization projects
- Manage hardware and software obsolescence
- Act as a technical reference and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in critical production environments
- Expertise in VMware virtualization
- Strong knowledge of storage (SAN, NAS)
- Mastery of on-premise infrastructures
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems
- Experience with NetApp, HPE, and Dell hardware
