Virtual Teller

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time, face-to-face service to members through interactive teller technology.
• Process transaction requests, provide rate information, and handle account inquiries.
• Identify members' financial needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Accurately process transactions while recognizing potential fraud or scams.
• Maintain a professional image and provide exceptional service via Personal Teller Machine technology.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
• Must be bondable.
• Open availability between 9am-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9am-1:15pm.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college experience.
• 6+ months of equivalent training, education, or sales experience.
• Previous cash handling, credit union, or banking experience.
