Virtual Metrology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new Virtual Metrology recipes for Feed-Forward and Feedback Advanced Process Control (APC)
• Utilize big data to identify optimal manufacturing paths to reduce yield variabilities
• Derive new indices for dynamic and optimal run paths control
• Perform expert data analysis using statistics and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Apply knowledge of metrology measurement techniques including THK, CON, OCD, CD, VM, and IM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Analysis (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience with FAB automation, unit parts' processes, and reporting systems
• Knowledge of metrology measurement techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask large workloads on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with analytics tools such as Spotfire or JMP
