Virtual Investment & Personal Banking Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to develop personalized financial plans
• Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to optimize their financial well-being
• Educate customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice
• Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help clients achieve their goals
• Nurture strong, long-standing client relationships
• Deliver against individual and team sales goals to grow the business and support a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Mutual Funds license
• Currently working towards the CIFP Diploma
• In-depth understanding of retail banking products and services, including credit products, mortgages, and personal loans
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, including fund types, performance evaluation, and risk assessment
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal with rotating hours, including Saturdays
