Virtual Events Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end virtual and hybrid event production from briefing through execution and reporting
• Manage all video content associated with webcasts to ensure brand and production standards
• Design cohesive hybrid experiences for both in-person and virtual audiences
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for multiple concurrent productions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, moderators, and internal participants
• Oversee technical aspects of virtual event platforms, streaming tools, and external vendors
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize planning and production workflows
• Use data-driven insights to inform event strategy and performance measurement

Requirements

• 5–6+ years producing live virtual/webcasts and hybrid events in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of live streaming and webcast production fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with at least one major virtual event/webcast platform
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, broadcast, or related field
• Proven track record managing high-visibility productions and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional partners
• Foundational understanding of video post-production workflows, audio standards, and codecs
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional early mornings or late evenings
