About the role
Responsibilities
- Define business requirements, pre-requisites, and detailed planning including work packages and workload estimation
- Conduct tests and POC in labs and create documentation such as High-Level Design and Low-Level Design
- Install and configure infrastructure components in collaboration with Operations
- Monitor systems, perform post-installation fixes, and decommission replaced systems
- Coordinate project team activities and communicate with management and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure technologies
- Experience with VMware technologies (ESXi, vCenter, Horizon)
- Experience with Windows 11 and Linux operating systems
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency with Citrix products (Xendesktop, Netscaler, Xenapp)
- Strong understanding of network protocols and desktop virtualization infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and security practice experience related to VDI environments
