Responsibilities

• Manage emails and communications
• Handle customer query escalations
• Assist with refund requests and documentation
• Draft reports and presentations
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers
• Perform general administrative duties
• Support customer onboarding
• Organize webinars, set up Zoom calls, and assist in chat during live sessions
• Support project managers with Circle.so content uploads, access management, and member gating
• Update and maintain Excel dashboards

Requirements

• Native or professional level English speaker
• Must be located in South America
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role
• Mandatory customer service experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Excel
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma (additional administrative qualifications are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DeFi or Crypto
• Previous working experience with Circle
