Responsibilities

• Own stunts end-to-end including concept, talent, permits, locations, vendors, capture, clips, distribution, and measurement
• Pressure-test ideas against virality, brand integration, and feasibility
• Source talent, contractors, creators, and characters, including outreach and negotiation
• Scope, budget, and run stunts while hiring support staff as needed
• Coordinate posting, collab tags, and amplification with the social team
• Track views, reposts, downstream coverage, and pipeline impact per stunt
• Stay obsessed with online and IRL trends and maintain relationships with independent producers and creators

Requirements

• A personal viral track record through creative work or producing breakthrough stunts/experiences
• Demonstrated instinct for algorithmic performance
• End-to-end production ownership including talent, contracts, permits, and vendors
• High judgment under ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort in a high-expectations, fast-moving environment with budget responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with internet-native talent, creators, or stunt collaborators
• Experience producing IRL activations, brand stunts, or events that punctured culture
• Personal experience as a creator or independent producer
