VIP Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests with a warm, professional welcome and ensure a sensational dining journey.
• Proactively remember guest preferences and maintain meticulous guest history records.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, considering all dietary requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and utilize sales techniques to promote bespoke services.
• Ensure a seamless dining experience by anticipating guest needs and fulfilling special requests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and table setup within the dining destination.
• Process billing and payments efficiently while adhering to strict control procedures.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to maximize guest satisfaction and support event execution.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment as a VIP Waiter/Waitress.
• Professional, polished appearance adhering to high grooming standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy luxury environment.
