VIP Tour Guide

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized, non-scripted guided tours throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs
• Provide private Guest transportation across the property in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines
• Deliver expedited access to attractions and VIP viewing areas for shows and parades
• Maintain strict discretion and Guest confidentiality for high-profile and affluent Guests
• Demonstrate adaptability to fluctuating operational needs and Guest plans
• Promote the health and safety of all Guests and Cast Members
• Perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, and twisting

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts experience
• Previous theme park tour guiding experience in solo or group settings
• Valid Florida Driver's License with at least 5 years of continuous licensed driving experience
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation Physical Standards and pass a company driving test
• Ability to drive various vehicles, including 15-passenger vans and Mercedes Sprinter mini-coaches
• Availability to work required seasonal dates, including holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve
• Commitment to a 150-hour minimum in a rolling calendar year

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience and training as a Walt Disney World DSA VIP Tour Guide
• Bilingual skills
• Knowledge of professional business and dining etiquette and international customs
• Understanding of park ticketing and reservation systems, including Guest Service Suite
