About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of High Value Players by building strong, loyal relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of VIP Account Managers to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Provide proactive, one-stop service and tailored rewards through regular correspondence
  • Ensure responsible gaming and compliance protocols are at the heart of all customer interactions
  • Meet productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Host VIPs at hospitality events and manage the distribution of bonuses and gifts in accordance with business requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end customer service
  • Proven experience in team management or people leadership
  • Essential knowledge of the online gaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours
  • Highly organized with strong planning and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-level hospitality experience
  • Knowledge of sports or experience working within a heavily regulated industry
  • Understanding of marketing processes
