About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-end hospitality and recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIP guests
- Serve as a primary information resource for guests regarding lounge amenities and music schedules
- Assist guests with information regarding supporting acts and headliner performance timings
- Coordinate with Managers, Bar Staff, and Servers to manage guest arrivals and service flow
- Maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the lounge and VIP seating areas
- Anticipate guest needs to provide proactive and superior service
- Maintain a professional appearance and use articulate communication to socialize with a diverse audience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and seating procedures
- Proven experience in guest relations and problem-solving
- Strong diplomacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle volatile situations with tact
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate event timings
