About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, account support, and product adoption
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Trading, OTC, Earn, and Lending products
- Conduct structured discovery to understand client goals and asset allocation
- Collaborate with institutional sales, product, and compliance teams
- Maintain accurate client activity and pipeline records within the CRM
- Manage dedicated Telegram groups for real-time VIP engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or sales within financial services, fintech, or crypto
- Demonstrated success in upselling complex financial or technology products
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive revenue growth
- High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with real-time communication tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp
- Strong interest in digital assets and crypto markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of high-net-worth or active trading clients
- Experience supporting clients across yield, lending, or structured investment products
- Background in consultative or solution-based sales
