VIP Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, account support, and product adoption
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Trading, OTC, Earn, and Lending products
• Conduct structured discovery to understand client goals and asset allocation
• Collaborate with institutional sales, product, and compliance teams
• Maintain accurate client activity and pipeline records within the CRM
• Manage dedicated Telegram groups for real-time VIP engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or sales within financial services, fintech, or crypto
• Demonstrated success in upselling complex financial or technology products
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive revenue growth
• High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Familiarity with real-time communication tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp
• Strong interest in digital assets and crypto markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of high-net-worth or active trading clients
• Experience supporting clients across yield, lending, or structured investment products
• Background in consultative or solution-based sales
