About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to reactivate inactive clients
- Identify churn reasons and apply retention strategies
- Present personalized offers, bonuses, and incentives
- Execute outbound promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
- Inform clients about promotions, special offers, and brand campaigns
- Contact newly registered clients and support smooth onboarding
- Educate clients on platform features, payment methods, and benefits
- Handle callback requests and resolve client issues
- De-escalate complaints and ensure client satisfaction
- Support VIP operations during peak and high-load periods
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in Customer Relationship Management or Sales roles
- Experience in the iGaming and Sports Betting market
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
- Understanding of iGaming industry KPIs, metrics, and terminology
- Strong negotiation skills
