About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage assistance requests via a ticketing system
- Follow up on incidents and requests until resolution
- Collaborate with existing teams to resolve complex incidents
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures
Requirements
- Significant first experience in a similar position
- Excellent level of English (fluent or bilingual)
- Excellent interpersonal and welcoming skills
- Rigorous approach to following existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated team player
