Responsibilities
- Handle requests from VIP users
- Manage user requests via kiosk or on-site visits
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage assistance requests via a ticketing system and track the backlog
- Ensure incident and request follow-up until resolution
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex incidents
- Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and procedures
- Manage the IT asset park
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of significant professional experience
- At least 6 months of experience in proximity support managing VIP users
- Fluent or bilingual English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and welcoming skills
- Rigorous approach to following existing procedures
- Collaborative and motivated team player
