Responsibilities

• Provide premium hospitality and recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIP guests
• Serve as a primary information resource for guests regarding lounge and music area experiences
• Assist guests with information regarding performance timings for supporting acts and headliners
• Maintain constant observation of lounge areas to uphold desired ambiance and seating standards
• Coordinate with Managers, Bar Staff, and Servers regarding guest arrivals and needs
• Anticipate guest needs to provide superior, proactive service
• Maintain a professional appearance and use articulate communication to socialize with a diverse audience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in guest relations and high-end restaurant operations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diffuse volatile situations using diplomacy and tact
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate event timings
