About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the VIP guest experience to ensure exceptional service standards
- Supervise and train the VIP guest relations team
- Develop strategies to enhance VIP member satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP members regarding queries and requests
- Coordinate with various departments for seamless service delivery
- Organize and oversee exclusive events and experiences for VIP members
- Manage VIP membership programs, including benefits and loyalty initiatives
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain service standards
- Handle sensitive situations and complex issues with diplomacy
- Analyze feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of VIP preferences and interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within VIP or guest relations
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM systems and luxury hospitality management software
- Experience in event planning and execution for high-profile clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be a Saudi National
