VIP Food Runner/Busser

Responsibilities

• Perform table maintenance, opening, and closing duties in the VIP area according to company service standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift
• Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles
• Clean all spills immediately and use proper signage to caution guests and staff
• Stay informed of current menu items, descriptions, and standard operating procedures
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Assist other employees as needed and follow all safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
• Previous food service experience as an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
• High School diploma
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
