Responsibilities

• Build automated loyalty frameworks and backend systems that power elite user experiences
• Scale proactive engagement loops to shift the department from reactive support to a systematic retention machine
• Design VIP-specific product features by dictating strategy across Fraud, Support, and Product teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling VIP programs in a high-growth tech environment
• Deep expertise in CRM automation stacks
• Experience in data-driven retention modeling
• High-ownership mindset suited for a high-intensity startup culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AdTech
• Experience with high-volume gaming platforms
