About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat or email regarding account issues, payments, games, bonuses, or platform navigation
- Clarify questions related to betting odds, bet settlement, and winnings calculation
- Assist with issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and other payments
- Ensure customer compliance with regulatory requirements, including age verification and responsible gambling laws
- Assist customers in setting limits for deposits, bets, or losses and provide responsible gambling resources
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in customer support (iGaming or VIP support preferred)
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher
- Proficient knowledge of customer service standard practices and procedures
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
