Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized VIP guest service at all times
• Ensure VIP areas, villas, and amenities are perfectly prepared and maintained
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and discretion
• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for tailored service
• Serve in-room dining and amenities with precision and elegance
• Uphold grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests
• Monitor supplies, cleanliness, and operational readiness of service areas
• Support health, safety, and company standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hospitality experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in VIP Services
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Multilingual capability (ability to speak at least two languages)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strong problem-solving skills
• Polished, charismatic, and professional demeanor
