VIP Associate Account Manager

About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, offering products across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Own a moderate portfolio of VIP customers as their primary point of contact
• Deliver personalized, luxury hospitality experiences across all customer interactions
• Drive engagement with the Fanatics ONE loyalty program
• Research and qualify customers by identifying preferred bet types, offers, and competitor activity
• Document customer insights and feedback in real time to strengthen rapport and retention
• Meet and exceed service, retention, and engagement goals
• Collaborate across departments including Trading, Marketing, Events, and Responsible Gaming
• Ensure responsible gaming policies and measures are upheld at all times

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or relationship management
• High EQ, charisma, and professionalism under pressure
• Strong communication skills in person and in writing
• Deep interest in sports, events, and culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events and activations
• Legal residence in a state where online sports betting is legalized or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
• Experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization tools
• Knowledge of the sportsbook or online gaming industry
