About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop relationships with VIP players, serving as a trusted consultant through high-volume outbound communication (125+ contacts per day via phone/email).
  • Act as a liaison between high-value players and the studio to resolve bugs and maintain player retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and studios to drive revenue growth through feature development and special promotions.
  • Utilize data science-driven workflows to analyze campaign performance and increase player engagement and reactivation.
  • Partner with leadership to create consultative engagement presentations using market trends and industry research.
  • Drive RFP documentation for studios to build out VIP-driven features.
  • Exceed annual targets for productivity, quality, CSAT, and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent telephone skills with the ability to handle high call volumes (90+ calls per day).
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to analyze performance statistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build rapport and generate revenue through personal account relationships.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends and travel as needed.

  • High level of interest in or understanding of the social gaming industry.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
