About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value VIP accounts as the main point of contact
- Monitor account activity to identify retention opportunities and business risks
- Reactivate inactive customers through tailored incentives and personalized outreach
- Resolve complex and technical issues with a high standard of service
- Create and apply bonuses aligned with account performance and reward strategy
- Analyze customer behavior to estimate value and improve engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and service quality
- Ensure all account activity follows regulatory and safety standards
Requirements
- Background in key account management, high-end customer support, or sales
- Ability to interpret customer data and behavioral patterns
- Proactive approach to solving complex client issues
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
