About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and maintain a stable portfolio of high-value VIP players as their dedicated point of contact.
- Monitor player behavior, deposits, and engagement trends to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Craft and deliver personalized marketing campaigns, including tailored offers, reloads, and cashback rewards.
- Negotiate player bonuses and compensation within company guidelines to balance satisfaction and profitability.
- Resolve complex player concerns and escalations efficiently while maintaining detailed interaction records.
- Collaborate with payments, fraud, compliance, and support teams to ensure a frictionless player experience.
- Contribute to VIP revenue growth and help optimize bonus structures using performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or betting industry.
- Experience managing VIP or high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven mindset regarding player lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and Telegram-based communication.
- Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.
- Currently based in Malta or willing to relocate for a hybrid role (4 days office / 1 day remote).
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly German.
- Background in sales, hospitality, luxury service, or affiliate management.
- Deep familiarity with responsible gaming practices and compliance requirements.
