Villa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guestrooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with luxury brand standards and hygiene rules
• Ensure guest amenities and supplies are fully replenished and organized
• Perform turn-down services and respond promptly to guest requests to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Monitor and report any maintenance requirements, damages, or discrepancies in room status to the supervisor
• Manage room keys and follow standard procedures for lost and found items
• Observe guest habits and preferences to provide personalized room arrangements and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness of the room pantry, linen stock, and trolley supplies
• Liaise with laundry services for guest dry cleaning and in-villa dining for tray removal

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Hospitality
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a luxury property
• Previous experience working in a villa environment is required
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products and hygiene protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• High attention to detail and a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
