Vigilante

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and ensure the execution of security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect company assets and personnel
• Register and verify the entry and exit of company goods to ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols
• Monitor security systems, equipment, and emergency response procedures to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Support order and control activities to contribute to personnel safety and loss prevention
• Review and report security activity results to facilitate timely corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum of Secundaria (Middle School) education
• At least 1 year of experience in security, surveillance, or occupational health
• Advanced knowledge of loss prevention, security, and protection
• Advanced skills in detecting unsafe conditions and providing first aid
• Basic English reading, writing, and conversation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High School (Preparatoria) education
• Degree in Criminal Sciences
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BHM)
• Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business-specific policies
