Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and ensure the execution of security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect company assets.
• Register and verify the entry and exit of company goods to ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols.
• Support order and control activities across different areas to contribute to personnel safety and loss prevention.
• Monitor security systems, equipment, and emergency response procedures to ensure they function correctly.
• Report and verify security activity results to facilitate timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of Secundaria (Middle School) education; Preparatoria (High School) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, occupational health, or surveillance.
• Advanced knowledge in detection of unsafe conditions and loss prevention.
• Advanced skills in first aid and security/protection protocols.
• Advanced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
