Vigilante

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and ensure the execution of security policies, plans, and procedures to identify and mitigate risk conditions.
• Protect company personnel and assets by maintaining high standards of vigilance.
• Register and verify the entry and exit of company goods to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.
• Support order and control activities in collaboration with other departments to enhance safety and loss prevention.
• Monitor security systems, equipment, and emergency response procedures to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Report and document security activities to facilitate timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of Secundaria (Middle School) education; Preparatoria (High School) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, surveillance, or occupational health.
• Advanced knowledge of loss prevention, security, and protection protocols.
• Advanced skills in detecting unsafe conditions and implementing safety measures.
• Advanced knowledge of First Aid.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (BHM) and business policies.
