Vigilante

Responsibilities

• Observe, monitor, and ensure the execution of security policies, plans, and procedures to identify and mitigate business risks.
• Protect company personnel and assets by maintaining a vigilant presence.
• Register and verify the entry and exit of company goods to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.
• Support order and control activities in collaboration with other departments to enhance safety and loss prevention.
• Monitor security systems, equipment, and emergency response procedures to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Report and document security activities to facilitate timely corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of Secundaria (Middle School) education.
• 1 year of experience in security or surveillance roles.
• 1 year of experience in occupational health.
• Advanced knowledge of loss prevention, security, and protection.
• Advanced knowledge of first aid and detection of unsafe conditions.
• Advanced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BHM).
• Basic English skills (reading, writing, and conversation).
