Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention
• Optimize and remix content to drive scalable performance and platform success
• Edit raw footage into polished videos optimized natively for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging formats, and creator trends
• Participate in ideation and creative brainstorms to shape performance-driven strategy
• Mentor creators, art directors, and copywriters on best practices and performance optimization

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience across various media platforms
• Proven experience as a video shooter and editor, preferably in advertising or digital media
• Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, framing, and audio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong content creation skills including video and motion design
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams under tight timelines
