Responsibilities

• Create content that drives high attention metrics including views, likes, comments, and retention
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor specializing in hooks, pacing, and structure for social platforms
• Optimize and remix content to drive scalable performance and platform success
• Edit raw footage into polished videos natively optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging formats, and creator trends
• Participate in ideation and creative brainstorms to shape performance-driven strategy
• Mentor creators and cross-functional team members on best practices and execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience in social content creation
• Deep passion for gaming, including gameplay meta, strategy, and esports culture
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising or digital media
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics
• Ability to execute video and motion design from start to finish
