VIE Central Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts for marketing expenses, acting as a business partner to the marketing team.
• Manage A&P cost control for London-based Gin brands and support Stockholm-based brands including Absolut, Malibu, and Kahlua.
• Support the central A&P planning process by ensuring rolling forecast submissions align with targets.
• Maintain and update the Crystal A&P project tracker to provide leadership with visibility into key investments.
• Execute transactional tasks such as journal raising, reinvoicing flows, and spend tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and projects to support the Senior Central Marketing Analyst.

Requirements

• European citizenship (required for VIE program eligibility).
• Age between 18 and 28 years old.
• Master's degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Approximately 12 months of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel with an interest in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• An international profile, including experience studying or working abroad.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
