Videographer & Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Shoot professional interior and exterior videos of properties including apartments, villas, and offices
• Capture high-quality footage using professional camera techniques, lighting, and sound equipment
• Edit and produce marketing videos for digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Create AI-generated or AI-enhanced videos using tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, CapCut AI, or HeyGen
• Transform property images, floor plans, and briefs into engaging video content using AI workflows
• Apply visual effects, transitions, color correction, motion graphics, and sound design
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas and highlight property features
• Manage the property video library and digital assets while ensuring timely project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video editing, or digital content creation
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Excellent attention to detail regarding property composition and storytelling
• Ability to combine traditional filming techniques with modern AI-powered workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or marketing videography
• Experience creating AI-generated marketing or advertising videos
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Understanding of real estate marketing strategies and lead generation
• A portfolio showcasing videography, editing, or AI-enhanced video projects
