Videographer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end video lifecycle, including scripting, lighting, shooting, and editing.
• Produce multi-format content ranging from short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, X) to long-form YouTube content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes storytelling, including research breakthroughs, product demos, and team culture.
• Partner with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to execute brand campaigns.
• Manage in-house production equipment, including camera gear, lighting, and sound.
• Iterate quickly on video assets based on community engagement and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, or Editor.
• A world-class portfolio or reel showcasing compelling narratives across social and cinematic formats.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in color grading, sound design, and cinematography.
• Strong skills in composition, lighting, and framing.
• Ability to work onsite in Redwood City, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in motion design using After Effects or Blender.
• A genuine interest in robotics, AI, or hardware technology.
• Deep understanding of the visual languages and optimization strategies for X, TikTok, and YouTube.
