Videographer & Producer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute weekly content calendars and campaigns
• Develop, film, and edit engaging video content from concept through final delivery
• Produce episodic-style content showcasing restaurants, hotels, venues, and hospitality culture
• Film and edit podcasts, interviews, educational series, and branded storytelling content
• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Travel regularly to properties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Manage and maintain company camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and production gear
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and footage archives

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling and creative production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or Photoshop
• Experience filming with professional mirrorless or cinema cameras
• Knowledge of lighting, audio capture, composition, and color correction
• Experience producing content specifically for social media platforms
• Ability to travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or Media Production
• Podcast production experience
• Drone certification
• Motion graphics and animation experience
• Photography experience
• Experience in hospitality, luxury, travel, or food content
